Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

Professional Capacity

Service Fees and Payment

Pricing

Fees for our services are clearly displayed on our website and in course materials. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon registration unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: Cancellation at least 14 days before programme start date
• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellation 7-13 days before programme start date
• No Refund: Cancellation less than 7 days before programme start date
• Exception: Medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Professional Conduct

During training programmes and workshops, you agree to:

• Treat all participants and instructors with respect
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by others

Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled programmes
• Notify us in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled session
• Make-up sessions may be available at our discretion
• Completion certificates require minimum attendance as specified

Programme Confidentiality

Recording and Documentation

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Educational Nature

Our programmes are designed for educational and developmental purposes. While we believe our training is valuable, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in our programmes.

No Professional Advice

Our services are not intended to replace professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. If you require professional services, please consult with appropriate qualified professionals.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario
4. Court Jurisdiction: The courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Invest Essentials regarding your use of our services.

Amendment

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
